Booking / Cancellation Policy

After departure the house will be checked, and provided everything is in order, the reservation/security deposit of $250.00 will be refunded within 30 days.

In the unlikely event that the home becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control (industrial dispute, riots, threats of hostilities, political unrest, natural disasters, fire, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control, whatsoever), the rent and the security deposit will be refunded in full, and the home owners will not be liable for any loss or delay due to this cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:

30 Days Prior to Reservation:

If you cancel up to 30 days prior to your reservation, $200.00 of your reservation deposit paid to us, will be refunded within 30 days of your notification. The remaining $50.00 will be charged as a cancellation fee. However, if you re-book within 6 months from the date of cancellation, the cancellation fee of $50.00 will be applied to your new reservation deposit.

29 Days or less:

If you cancel your stay, or fail to show up, the rental payment will be refunded in full within 30 days of your notification, but the security deposit of $250.00 will be kept. However, if you re-book within 6 months from the date of cancellation $200.00 will be applied towards your next booking.

Check- In & check-out Times:

Check-In Time is 4 PM or later.

Checkout Time is 10 AM.

These times are flexible. If you would like to be in earlier or leave later, please ask and we will try and accommodate you.

Booking Policy:

The price is for the rental of the home, not based on the cost per person. The maximum capacity of the home is 10 people, including children. A reservation deposit of $250.00 must be received by us in order to secure the accommodation for you. This deposit will also be used as a security deposit to cover any damages etc. in the home, as a result of your stay. Upon the receipt of your $250.00 reservation deposit, a confirmation will be mailed to you.

The full rental amount with tax is due 30 calendar days prior to your booked stay.
