All prices are subject to 13% Sales and Tourist Tax. The price is per home, not per person. A reservation deposit of $250 is required. This will secure the accommodation for you and be used to cover any damages etc. in the home. After departure the house will be checked, and provided everything is in order, the money will be refunded to you shortly. The full rental amount (with tax) is due 30 days prior to your stay. |
